I am constantly struck by how incredible are natural world is and trying to express this in painting is something I am deeply passionate about. This new body of work is from a few days spent in the dunes at The Witterings on the south coast of England. The paintings for me express the light and skies that constantly display on this particular part of the world.

I am always surprised in the moment by what I am looking at in the landscape and it is this precise moment I am trying to express.

I hope in this series of work you see the summer days of the sparkling sea and in the more stormy one you see the ever changing light that I am trying to capture.
