To have a dedicated studio where I can work from home and welcome visitors is such a luxury and a joy that I never take for granted.

Making is nothing to do with being good at it. Just get creative, I promise you it helps with happiness.

I have been painting for over 25 years, I think there are a lot of benefits to being alone and with your own creative thoughts. If you have materials to make with, paint, watercolours, pencils, wool, anything, the process of creating can enable well being.
