I want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase.
Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
1. If the artwork received does not match the description or images provided
2. If the artwork arrives damaged during transit
To claim a refund, you must:
- Contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork
- Provide clear photographs documenting the issue
- Keep all original packaging
Once your claim is verified, I will arrange a collection of the artwork at my expense and process your refund upon receipt.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Artwork not fitting in intended space
- Any other reasons not listed above
I provide detailed descriptions, photographs and measurements of all my artwork to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
I offer an exchange service if:
- You wish to exchange for a different piece after seeing the artwork in your space
- The artwork was purchased as a gift and you'd like to select a different piece
Exchange Terms:
- You may exchange for artwork of equivalent or higher value
- Any difference in value must be paid before the exchange is completed
- You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the original artwork
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition using secure, reputable shipping methods
- You will be liable for any damage that occurs during return transit if appropriate shipping methods are not used
Please ensure all artwork is properly packaged and insured during return shipping to protect your investment.
