The time of year was spring, well March. I did a few watercolours on location, the light in this part of the world is unbelievably spectacular. The beauty was astounding, I was in awe for most of the trip.

The sheer drama and scale of beauty was what struck me the most and capturing the light of the mountains was all I was obsessed about at the time.

No one around completely silent with the most beautiful breathtaking view.
