In the dunes of East Head, as summer unfolds, there's a special light that I always find mesmerising. The grasses take on a warm, vibrant hue, creating a backdrop that feels both peaceful and alive. This painting is my attempt to hold on to that light – to share the serenity of those long, sun-filled days. As you look at this piece, I hope you can feel a bit of the magic I felt while painting it, the way the landscape glows, inviting us to take a moment and soak it all in.
